14 QUALITIES
Each weekend is dedicated to one energy only, one ‘essence quality’. We work with the same energy/quality over three weekends. In all, there are 14 essence qualities, all of which are aspects of the same thing, sides of the same prism, namely the soul. We are all born with these qualities, they are all inherent, albeit often blocked. In this work, we set them free by letting go of everything that blocks them.
Each energy initiates transformative healings that peel away mental layers, stagnant energy and psychic trauma, like the skins of an onion, one layer at a time. Difficult things resurface in the process of healing. It can be intense. And deep insights, grief, relief, cosmic-visual imagery and strong bodily feelings can arise. The group is gentle and loving and a safe space to join. Only such spaces can hold our fears and vulnerabilities as we expose them by sharing with each other. We are each other's confidants.
ABOUT THE GROUP
Since 2014, I have been part of spiritual guide Sisselmaya Øster’s group, The Essence of Being. In this group, I have been trained to pass on her work. I have done so since 2021.
In my group, which meets seven to eight weekends a year, I transfer very powerful, healing and lifechanging energies. I channel the energies from a group of higher consciousnesses. Each energy comes to us with a shape, a color and a name, and it can be a visually strong and deep bodily experience to encounter it for the first time. The participants are exposed to the energies through transmissions, healings and various types of meditation. Occasionally, the participants heal each other to allow the energy to pass through them and to learn to pass it on to others.

AWAKENING
Since this is a persistent psycho-spiritual work and not a quick fix, you must be ready to spend time on and bring your attention to this work. A cycle with all energies takes approx. seven years. If you participate in the group's meetings throughout the years, you will be teacher-trained to pass it on.
Working with consciousness is like waking up to what is and being fully present in the world. This awakening and level of attention is a muscle that needs to be trained. In the group we evoke the soul and calm and balance the mind. There are no rules, dogmas or guru. There is nothing to read. It is not a system. It is pure, channeled energy. It is the most significant work I have ever done, and my own experiences in Sisselmaya’s group have changed my life and my way of being in the world. It requires a whole lot of patience and dedication, but it is worth it.
